Processing Time
All our limited-edition pieces are made and held in our small studio. We need a little time to carefully hand-pack your order with love.

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it ships.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship all orders from our studio in the UK using either Evri or Royal Mail, depending on the size of your order and the best available service. We choose the most reliable and efficient option for you.
UK Mainland Shipping:

Standard Shipping (2-4 business days): £2.70 (Often Royal Mail 2nd Class or Evri ParcelShop/Home Delivery)

Tracked Shipping (1-2 business days): £4.00 (Often Royal Mail 24 or Evri Next-Day Service)

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over £50
International Shipping
We currently only offer by-request shipments internationally. Get in touch.
Shipping costs will be no more than:
- Europe £8
- Rest of the world £13
Shipping confirmation & Tracking

Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Please note that the tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the courier’s website after we dispatch it.
What If I'm not home?

Evri: Their driver will often deliver to a neighbour or a safe place. You can also use the Evri app to specify delivery preferences, like leaving your parcel in a specific safe spot or delivering to a nearby ParcelShop.

Royal Mail: They will usually attempt to deliver to your neighbour or leave a ‘Something for You’ card, informing you how to redeliver or pick up your parcel from your local Customer Service Point.
Important things to note

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will need to charge for re-shipping.

Delivery delays are sometimes out of our hands. While we select the best services available, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, especially during peak seasons (like holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always do everything we can to help you track down your order!
